I have been working in real estate in the Portland & Salem areas since 2003. My business expertise includes work as a commercial/residential mortgage broker and account executive as well as being a founding partner of Blue Fund Inc. a privately funded commercial finance and venture firm. In 2008, I was working at GreenPoint Mortgage when its parent company, Capital One, closed down its residential and commercial lending arm. Out of work and facing an increasingly difficult real estate market, I took the opportunity to sit back and determine what sort of business would thrive in the current economy and continue to serve the real estate needs of people in the area.


What I found was given the volatility of the economy at the time, it was increasingly difficult for people to not only purchase a home but sell their homes as well. What was needed was a property management company committed to helping the new influx of tenants and owners. Together with Coldwell Banker Mt. West Real Estate, I opened Coldwell Banker Mt. West Property Management in February of 2009. Since its inception, the property management company has served thousands of people and has subsequently experienced rapid growth. The main office was started in Salem Oregon, but I quickly grew the company to manage properties from the Northern Oregon border down to Eugene.


In February of 2016 I merged with Investment Renovation & Consulting. We are now able to handle everything from property management, construction and repairs, residential and commercial property sales,and even distressed homes. I am involved with many local boards and commissions and believe in donating my time and expertise to lobby on behalf of property investors. I serve on the Landlord/Tenant Coalition that negotiates and writes the laws that change landlord/tenant laws in Oregon. I started my real estate career after the crash in 2008 working for one of the large hedge funds running analytics. I became a driver shortly after learning how to identify scope of work, condition, retail value, ARV, and rehab cost of auction properties.From there I helped start a real estate auction procurement arm of a successful hard money firm and found my true passion. I love finding an opportunity for one of my clients, running the numbers and placing that investment property with an investor!

Coming from Seattle, a very competitive market, I was drawn to the Portland market's blueprint. The culture and the vibes are indescribable. The real estate market is so unique to itself that you almost have to live here to understand. I love the people here, I love the architecture, and the quiet beauty the city offers.

I started IRC with a vision to offer the distressed real estate world with project management and construction services. So often contractors do not "speak" investor. They don’t understand budget and timeline like an investor does. Using cutting edge technology, organization, and clear communication I created a system that allows investors to monitor multiple projects. To earn the volume that investors need takes a collaborated effort not only in construction, but more importantly, in how a project is managed.


With the right team in place we grew that concept into what IRC is today. A real estate concierge service that offers a specialty like no other. Our team is the heartbeat and pulse of this company. Without these dedicated and driven individuals we would be not be who we are.



Stacey joined IRC in 2001 and has since integrated herself into several areas of the staging and real estate acquisitions business. Creativity and artistic talent, blossomed early for Stacey, meticulously drawing from an early age. Her love of arts and design lead to years of experience in wedding planning/crafts she applied her strong appreciation of aesthetics. This experience guided her to staging, where she found her true passion.


Stacey uses creativity and and problem solving to stage effectively, enhancing spaces to create a fresh perspective. Her primary role as Staging Manager keeps her active in the field during staging installations and removals. Her strong work ethic, sense of style, and dedication our clients, makes her an essential part of the team.
